Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information SpyderByte collects through SpyderByte Foundry and www.spyderbyte.cloud (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and login credentials.

1.2 Billing Information

Payments for one-time workflow packages and the platform subscription are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers and other sensitive payment details are entered directly into Stripe's systems and are not stored on SpyderByte's servers. We receive limited billing metadata from Stripe, such as transaction status, package purchased, and subscription state, to manage your account.

1.3 AI Provider Credentials

If you connect your own AI provider account (for example, OpenAI or Anthropic) to run workflows, your API key is encrypted at rest, is never written to logs, and is never included in exports of Generated Output. If you connect by subscription sign-in instead, authentication happens through your provider's own sign-in flow — SpyderByte does not receive your provider password, and the access credential your provider issues is protected in the same way. You can remove a connected key or credential from your account at any time.

1.4 Workflow Content

To run a workflow, we process the input content you provide and generate the resulting business operating documents, brand assets, standard operating procedures, financial templates, and launch checklists ("Generated Output") on your behalf.

1.5 Technical Information

We collect limited technical information needed to operate the Site and the Foundry, such as log-in timestamps and basic device or browser information, primarily for security and support purposes.

1.6 Contact-Form Submissions

If you use the contact form on the Site, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you submit. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry — it is not added to any marketing list. Submissions are transmitted to our support mailbox by email and are retained only as long as needed to handle the inquiry.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, maintain, and support the Site and the Foundry;
  • Process purchases and manage your platform subscription;
  • Run the workflows you initiate and deliver your Generated Output;
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, or support requests;
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

At launch, SpyderByte does not use your personal information for advertising, and does not deploy advertising trackers on the Site.

3. Third Parties

3.1 Stripe

Stripe processes payments on our behalf and handles your card details directly, under Stripe's own privacy and security practices.

3.2 Your AI Provider

When a workflow runs, the relevant prompts and workflow content are sent to the AI provider you have connected, under your own provider account and subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices. SpyderByte does not control, and is not responsible for, how your chosen AI provider handles that content once it is sent to them.

3.3 No Sale of Personal Data

SpyderByte does not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and billing metadata for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, or support obligations. Your Generated Output remains available to you for export and is kept for your benefit even after you cancel your platform subscription, unless you request deletion as described below.

5. Your Rights

You may, subject to applicable law:

  • Access the personal information and Generated Output associated with your account;
  • Export your Generated Output at any time;
  • Request deletion of your account, personal information, and associated Generated Output;
  • Update or correct your account information.

To exercise these rights, contact support@spyderbyte.cloud.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect account and workflow data, including encryption of API keys at rest, restricted internal access to stored data, and reliance on established, security-reviewed third-party processors such as Stripe for payment handling. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site and the Foundry are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
